Hello, Kevin here from Dog Obedience Advice - Do you have a new puppy or dog? Are you searching for good, sound instruction on effective paper training or litter box training techniques? Below you will find my side by side comparisons of top guides for paper training puppies. Our Top Guide is The Ultimate House Training Guide as it covers everything you need to know about paper training & puppy litter box training. Dog Training Zone is our second favorite resource. While it doesn't offer everything that The Ultimate House Training Guide does, the techniques covered are effective, and most importantly will help you reach your training goals with your puppy.

Each of the resources for paper & litter training for puppies we review are available for you to download to your computer, so you can get started within the next 5 minutes.

Our Top Pick :

'The Ultimate House Training Guide' is by far and away the best and most informative 'How to paper train a puppy' guide. The information contained is comprehensive, clearly laid out and the bottom line is it works. If you are looking for a quick, informative, effective resource to litter box train or paper train a dog, then this guide is for you. It covers everything you need to be aware of before you start training, exactly how to go about your paper & litter box training, and includes quality photos & diagrams so you can see step-by-step what you should be doing.

Included with 'The Ultimate House Training Guide' is a personal email consultation with the 'Kingdom of Pets' dog training expert, to help you with specific issues.

Runner Up:

Dog Training Zone's book takes you through most issues you will face when house training your dog. While it doesn't include information on 'litter box training', the section on paper training dogs is very useful, with step-by-step instructions on how to successfully introduce paper training to your dog. D-T-Z is a great resource for all dog owners. It not only covers toilet training, but also loads of information including dog aggression, digging & chewing problems, legal aspects of owning a dog, why your dog behaves the way it does, how to keep your dog happy and healthy and much more.

Third Place:

Similarly to 'Dog Training Zone,' the 'Secrets Of A Professional Dog Trainer' package includes valuable information about all aspects of dog training, not just house training. In some parts the information is a little basic, and the books don't include the useful photos & diagrams of our number 1 guide. In saying that, I do believe all dog owners will find these eBooks useful.

It is clear that Adam Katz has a history & a good knowledge of dogs & puppies, but his books are missing the interest factor. A non inspiring writing style, and the lack of visual tools makes it a little difficult to get through the books.

Fourth Place:

If you are looking for the bare bones of dog training, then this guide may be of interest. The good thing about this eBook is that you don't get all the waffle, and drawn out instructions of some other books on the market, you can get started immediately. You will find some good techniques & tips, however it is not the most detailed resource.
